We are seeking a dedicated Loan Administration Specialist to join our GWIM Credit Operations team on the 1st shift for a 40-hour work week. In this role, your primary responsibility is to prepare and review documentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures, ensuring world-class documentation accuracy and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing loan documentation in strict compliance with bank policies and operational procedures.
- Independently performing research and discussing loans with line partners, legal counsel, and company vendors with confidence and knowledge.
- Handling loan bookings of varying complexity and inputting loan bookings into the System of Record (SOR) while working to eliminate controllable rework and maintain acceptable error rates.
- Collaborating closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, agency management, and internal support units to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Assisting the Market Leader in the facilitation of team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews when necessary.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and/or consumer loan documentation review.
- Familiarity with GFS and Loan IQ systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail and data accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, including interacting successfully with remote teammates.
