Weatherby Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) for a rewarding locum tenens family practice opportunity located in Glendale, Los Angeles County, California. In this role, your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which includes a convenient 30-minute lunch break. As clinic volume grows, you can expect to see up to 30 patients per day, though patient volume may vary initially as the new clinic establishes itself. The primary care scope of practice encompasses new evaluations, history and physicals (H&Ps), follow-ups, sick visits, and annual examinations. Additionally, responsibilities will include coordinating specialist referrals as necessary.
To qualify for this position, hospital privileges are required, and the ideal provider should be comfortable caring for patients ages 2 and up.
