Maintenance – Level II

ELS is currently hiring for the position of Maintenance – Level II in New Port Richey, Florida. As a Maintenance Technician at this level, you will perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, ensuring the community meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all amenity spaces are well-maintained and operating properly.
• Maintaining the grounds and keeping them free from trash and debris.
• Working closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.
• Attending morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicating regularly and professionally with management and staff on all special maintenance projects.
• Reporting maintenance concerns directly to management and performing necessary repairs.
• Moving heavy objects and operating maintenance vehicles to travel to various locations on the property.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and skills:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.
