IRSS is currently seeking a qualified Maitre-nageur H/F to join their team in Ille-et-Vilaine, Bretagne. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising water-based fitness activities and delivering swimming instruction to a diverse range of participants.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading engaging group classes such as aquagym, aquabike, and aquatraining.
- Designing and adapting workout sessions to suit the varying skill levels and fitness objectives of participants.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees throughout every session.
- Teaching swimming lessons and water acclimation to various publics.
