We are seeking a Manager, Recruiting to lead the team responsible for scaling our revenue-generating functions within Sales for Uber Eats.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will architect a recruitment engine that identifies high-energy closers and builds a sustainable talent pipeline to meet ambitious growth targets across the US and Canada. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive the end-to-end US&C Sales talent strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber talent across all levels of the sales organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to hit aggressive monthly hiring targets, ensuring the right sales talent is in place to meet territory expansion goals.
- Build and maintain an evergreen pipeline of talent, recognizing that the need for talent is constant and speed-to-market is critical in short-cycle sales.
- Standardize interview processes and assessment tools, such as role-plays and pitch simulations, to consistently raise the talent bar.
- Act as the primary talent acquisition thought partner for US&C Sales VPs and Directors, providing data-driven insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring health.
- Manage the recruitment funnel like a sales pipeline by analyzing conversion rates from lead-to-offer to eliminate friction and maximize efficiency.
Basic qualifications include 7+ years of recruiting or relevant experience with a heavy emphasis on high-volume Sales hiring, alongside 2+ years of direct people management experience leading talent acquisition teams in high-growth environments. Preferred qualifications include expertise in high-velocity sales recruitment, operational excellence in managing large-scale ramp-ups across multiple geographic regions, experience with iCIMS ATS and modern outbound sourcing tools, and a proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders.
Compensation details vary by location. For Chicago, IL-based roles, the base salary range is USD $146,000 to $162,000 per year. For New York, NY and San Francisco, CA-based roles, the base salary range is USD $162,000 to $180,000 per year. Across all US locations, employees are eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, may be offered equity awards and other compensation types, can participate in a 401(k) plan, and will have access to various benefits.
