Ipsos is currently seeking a dedicated and engaging Market Research Interviewer to join our team on a full-time basis in Plymouth, South West England. In this role, you will be at the forefront of gathering valuable insights from the public on a variety of important and fascinating topics, helping to shape understanding and decision-making on key issues.
As a key representative of Ipsos, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to respondents’ homes to conduct face-to-face interviews across the local area
- Ensuring respondents feel comfortable, valued, and respected while sharing their opinions
- Explaining the survey process clearly, answering any questions they may have, and encouraging enthusiastic participation
- Accurately recording responses and data gathered during interviews in line with project standards
To be successful in this position, candidates must have a reliable car available for daily travel to conduct interviews across the region. While previous market research experience is not strictly required, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable approaching members of the public, building rapport quickly, and representing Ipsos in a professional and polite manner.
