Ipsos is currently seeking a dedicated and engaging Market Research Interviewer to join our team on a full-time basis in Leybourne, West Malling. In this role, you will be at the forefront of gathering valuable insights from the public on a variety of important and fascinating topics, helping to shape understanding and decision-making through reliable data collection.
As this position involves community outreach and visiting respondents at their locations, having your own car is required to successfully fulfill your daily travel and scheduling needs. You will be responsible for traveling to respondents’ homes to conduct face-to-face interviews, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported while sharing their opinions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Traveling efficiently between locations using your own vehicle to meet with members of the public.
- Explaining the survey process clearly, answering any questions, and actively encouraging participation.
- Creating a welcoming environment so respondents feel confident and at ease sharing their views.
- Accurately recording and managing interview responses in accordance with project guidelines.
- Representing Ipsos in a professional, courteous, and approachable manner at all times.
