In this role, you will help support our mission of providing competitive exchange rates, secure cross-border payment solutions, and personalised customer service to assist clients with international trade, overseas investments, education payments, and personal remittances. You will play an integral part in promoting our commitment to innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote foreign exchange and international payment services.
- Creating engaging digital and print content tailored for both individual and business clientele.
- Managing various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Analyzing marketing performance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
