KP Snacks is looking for a dedicated Materials Manager to join our team at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch site, the famous home of beloved brands like Hula Hoops, popchips, Nik Naks, and more. This is an on-site role working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. In this position, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes, helping manage the flow and availability of materials essential for creating our iconic snack products.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Overseeing and managing inventory levels and material availability to support production schedules.
- Collaborating closely with internal operations, production, and supply chain teams to optimize processes.
- Monitoring stock accuracy and implementing efficient material handling procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Maintaining compliance with company standards regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
The salary for this position is £48,094 per year. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to make a tangible impact on our daily manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
