Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join the team at Park School in Southcombe, Chipping Norton. This is a permanent, term-time position offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience, and not pro rata). The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, starting in November 2026. Please note that this position is open to UK applicants only, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
As our Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering inspiring and differentiated lessons that engage students and support their individual learning journeys. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the needs of students
- Assessing, monitoring, and recording student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student wellbeing and achievement
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required
