BJC HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team on a full-time, night-shift basis at our Oak Grove Village location in Franklin County. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a critical access environment, supporting a 15-bed medical-surgical unit alongside a 6-bed observation unit where the average patient census is typically less than 18.
In this role, you will work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an average patient ratio of 5:1 and a rotation requiring you to work every third weekend. We are looking for a compassionate nursing professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 to $100,422 per year. Additional compensation may include applicable shift differentials and a BSN differential.
