Conseil et Recrut Midi Pyrénées is currently seeking a qualified Médecin HAD (F/H) to join a healthcare structure in the Hautes-Pyrénées region within Occitanie. As a Médecin en Hospitalisation à Domicile (HAD), your core mission will be to coordinate and deliver medical care for patients in their home environments, ensuring continuity of treatment and a high standard of clinical oversight in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Assessing patient eligibility and coordinating the admission process for home hospitalization.
- Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalized medical care plans for each patient.
- Collaborating closely with general practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals involved in patient care.
- Monitoring clinical progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and managing medical emergencies in a home setting.
- Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to medical regulations, protocols, and quality standards within the HAD framework.
- Providing support, guidance, and medical information to patients and their families throughout the home care process.
We are looking for a dedicated medical professional who holds the required medical degree and registration with the national order of physicians in France. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary setting.
