Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a full-time Military Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, RME role based in Semilong, Northampton. The salary for this position is £40,017 per year.

As a Senior RME Technician, you will help us stay one step ahead, adopting the latest technologies and identifying new and efficient ways of working. In this role, you’ll pay close attention to our processes to help maintain our high standards, and you’ll put in place upgrades to take that standard even further.
As a key member of the RME team, your day-to-day responsibilities will generally include:
- Collaborating with team members to support the maintenance and optimization of advanced automated equipment and operational systems.
- Applying your technical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Implementing system upgrades and adopting new technologies to enhance operational workflows and productivity.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols, company standards, and industry regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Documenting maintenance activities, tracking equipment performance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
