Gregory is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Milk Tanker Driver to join the team on a full-time basis, based in Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest. This is an essential role focused on collecting fresh milk directly from local farms and safely delivering it to the dairy, ensuring every collection and delivery is carried out with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
As part of your daily duties in this Class 1 Ex Farm role, your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting fresh milk from local farms and transporting it to the dairy
- Accurately collecting and handling required milk samples during farm collections
- Conducting all driving and on-site duties safely and professionally
- Completing all necessary paperwork and route documentation
- Maintaining clear communication with the transport team regarding schedules and farm access
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a valid UK Class 1 CE Licence and be prepared to work within a dynamic shift pattern. The working arrangement is a 5-on, 3-off rotating schedule, covering 11.25-hour shifts across both days and nights. Day shifts operate from 07:00 to 17:00, while night shifts run from 18:00 to 04:00.
The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from £34,902 to £38,767 per year, depending on experience and shift allocations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a stable routine with an established company in the Haverfordwest area.
