Are you an experienced automotive technician looking for a fresh challenge with a household name? RAC is currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Mechanic to join our SMR Division on a full-time basis, based in Branksome, Poole. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new era of mobile repair, moving beyond traditional roadside rescue to focus on dedicated service, maintenance, and repair work right where our customers need it.
In this full-time role, you will be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with core working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, along with a 1 in 4 Saturday shift pattern. You will be provided with the tools, technology, and support needed to deliver top-tier mobile vehicle services directly to our customers.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward your hard work and expertise:
- A competitive base salary of £40,178 per year
- On-target earnings of up to £52,000
- A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385
