Join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division and be part of a new era of mobile repair. We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to cover the Nazeing and Waltham Abbey areas on a full-time basis, offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your mechanical expertise on the road.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be carrying out vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs at customers’ locations. You will act as an ambassador for the RAC, delivering high standards of customer service while diagnosing faults and performing efficient mobile repairs.
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your hard work and dedication:
- On-target earnings of up to £57,000 per year
- Base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable)
- Guaranteed overtime options and additional bonus opportunities
- Standard working week of 40 hours
- Core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Working pattern of 1 in 4 Saturdays
