Join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division and be part of a new era of mobile repair. This full-time, permanent position is based in Park, Banchory, offering a fantastic opportunity for automotive professionals who want to move away from the traditional garage environment and bring their skills directly to our customers.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs on the road. Please note that this is different from traditional roadside rescue; our SMR Division focuses on pre-booked appointments and scheduled maintenance work, ensuring a structured and engaging daily routine.
Key details of the role include:
- A competitive base salary of £40,170, with total on-target earnings of up to £52,000 per year
- Guaranteed overtime options to increase your base earnings, alongside additional overtime and bonus opportunities
- A 40-hour working week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- A standard working pattern that includes 1 in 4 Saturdays
