EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is currently seeking an MS Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) Senior Consultant to join the EY GDS Consulting team in Spain on a hybrid working basis. In this role, you will be part of a global integrated service delivery centre network, delivering cutting-edge IT solutions designed for major market players across the EMEA region.
As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with state-of-the-art technologies focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supporting advanced CRM solutions tailored to complex business requirements. Collaboration with international teams and clients will be a central part of your day-to-day responsibilities as you help drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Analyzing client business requirements and translating them into robust MS Dynamics 365 CRM technical solutions.
- Configuring, customizing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications and related Power Platform tools.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams across the EMEA region.
- Providing expert guidance and technical support during various phases of the project lifecycle, from design through to implementation and post-go-live.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices in system architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance.
