As a Multi-skilled Production Engineer, your day-to-day contributions will directly support our production lines, ensure operational efficiency, and enable our teams to perform at their best. Key responsibilities and focus areas for this role typically include:
- Performing mechanical and electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on fast-paced production and packaging machinery.
- Completing routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.
- Responding promptly to line stoppages and breakdowns to resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with operations and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhering strictly to company health, safety, and environmental standards across all engineering activities.
- Accurately recording maintenance activities and equipment history using computerized maintenance management systems.
