  • Proficient knife skills and proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology.
  • Proven ability to read and understand recipes.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and adaptability to production requirements in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Speed, accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, as our resort operates around the clock.

Preferred qualifications include vocational school training, high school certification, a culinary education degree, certification from the CIA or equivalent, and basic wine knowledge.

Compensation for these positions includes a pay rate of $28.00 per hour for the Fine Dining Dinner Cook role and $30.00 per hour for the Fine Dining Specialty Cook role. Select benefits may also be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
