As a full-time culinary team member in roles such as Dinner Cook or Specialty Cook, you will help bring magic to every plate through precision, creativity, and teamwork. Daily responsibilities typically include:

  • Preparing high-quality ingredients and executing fine dining recipes with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrating proficient knife skills and a strong command of professional culinary techniques and terminology.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Adapting quickly to kitchen demands during peak service hours, special events, and dynamic operational schedules.

To be considered for these opportunities, candidates must meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts and delighting guests with exceptional food.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary field with a focus on high-volume production, or a culinary education degree/equivalent experience.
  • Proven knowledge of culinary techniques, terminology, and the ability to read and understand recipes.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven capability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events across a 24/7 resort operation.

Preferred qualifications include vocational school training, a high school certification, a culinary education degree, certification from the CIA (or equivalent), and basic wine knowledge.

The pay rate for the Fine Dining Dinner Cook role is $28.00 per hour, and the pay rate for the Fine Dining Specialty Cook role is $30.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of your compensation package, such as medical, financial, and other applicable offerings.
