PACE Health Management is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate New Grad or Experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join the team on a full-time basis in Mornington, Mornington Peninsula. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting each child’s developmental journey through comprehensive clinical care and family collaboration. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve a range of essential clinical and administrative tasks typical of a paediatric speech pathology position.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate communication, speech, and language abilities
- Developing personalised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Delivering engaging and effective therapy sessions focused on achieving functional goals
- Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support ongoing progress
- Monitoring and documenting client outcomes to ensure high standards of care
