We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a New Grad RN at our facility located in Hillview, Bonneville County. The annual salary for this position is $48,184 per year, with an hourly wage estimate ranging from $29.50 to $44.25 per hour. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range, and actual compensation factors may include your specific skills, experience, and comparison to other employees in the same role.
As a Registered Nurse participating in our residency program, you will transition smoothly from student to professional nurse with the support of experienced clinical mentors. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities typically include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in coordination with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and clinical progress, reporting any critical changes promptly.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and physician orders.
- Educating patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all assigned patients.
