Northwell Health Physician Partners is seeking a dedicated and qualified BE/BC fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon to join our growing clinical team in Huntington, NY, located in Suffolk County. As a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon with Northwell Orthopedics, you will play an integral role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide spectrum of conditions related to the hand, wrist, and upper extremities. You will work closely with patients to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve overall quality of life through comprehensive surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute injuries, chronic conditions, and degenerative disorders of the hand, wrist, and upper extremity.
- Performing advanced surgical procedures within a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including dedicated anesthesiologists, nurses, physical therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Participating in departmental clinical activities, patient education initiatives, and maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and medical practice.
Position compensation is offered at $76,063 per year, aligned with the scope of this listing. Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified (BE/BC) and have successfully completed fellowship training in hand surgery.
