CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with First Assist certification to join a well-established and growing vascular surgery team. As part of a collaborative and collegial group, you will work alongside experienced vascular surgeons and advanced practice clinicians, providing a dynamic and supportive environment suited for both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
Primary duties for this full-time role include coordinating inpatient rounding, orchestrating inpatient care plans, evaluating new consults, developing initial treatment plans, and participating in occasional outpatient clinic encounters. Secondary responsibilities involve providing surgical first assisting in the operating room, assisting with in-office procedures, and potentially taking call duties for inpatient rounding and first assist responsibilities after appropriate training.
