Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group with nearly 400 nurseries across the country and more overseas, is currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in Frimley, Camberley. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £30,992 per year. As an Early Years Educator in our nursery, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of the children in our care. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve supporting children’s learning through play, observing and recording their progress, and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that aligns with our high standards of early childhood education.
We are looking for a qualified professional who is passionate about early years education and eager to contribute to our supportive team environment. Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and play experiences
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording children’s developmental progress in partnership with parents and colleagues
- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times within the nursery setting
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members
- Adhering to all nursery policies, procedures, and relevant safeguarding guidelines
