Zenith Executive Search is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis in the Perth region. In this rewarding role, you will be instrumental in supporting clients to improve and maintain their independence in daily living activities through comprehensive assessments, individualised treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Your daily focus will be on identifying client goals, assessing functional capacity, and recommending appropriate strategies, equipment, and supports designed to enhance overall function and quality of life.
Key responsibilities in this position typically include:
- Conducting thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualised intervention plans based on clinical best practices.
- Recommending, prescribing, and assisting with assistive technology, equipment, and home modifications.
- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Providing education and support to clients, families, and caregivers to empower participation in daily activities.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with industry standards.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive annual salary ranging from A$97,760 to A$114,400, reflecting the importance of the role and your professional contribution to client outcomes.
