- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve mobility, coordination, and independence.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting patient progress, treatment outcomes, and adjustments to care plans in accordance with professional and facility standards.
- Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment usage.
