We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Bundall location on the Gold Coast. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our business, ensuring that our commercial appliance repair services run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing daily business operations and workflow coordination for our service teams
- Liaising with commercial clients, suppliers, and leading appliance manufacturers
- Optimising internal processes to improve efficiency and service delivery across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions
- Supporting administrative functions and scheduling to ensure prompt and professional service response times
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
To be successful in this position, you should possess strong organisational and leadership skills, with a proven background in operations management within a service-oriented or trade-based business. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
