Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Education and PE Instructor to join the team at Underley Garden School, located near Kirkby Lonsdale (Helsington, Kendal area). This is a permanent, term-time only position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are proud to offer a role designed to support a better work-life balance, backed by a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata) along with a travel allowance.

You will play a key role in delivering engaging physical education lessons and outdoor learning experiences that encourage student development, confidence, and well-being.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Planning and delivering inclusive PE and outdoor education sessions tailored to the needs of the students.
- Fostering a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment both in the classroom and outdoors.
- Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and physical health through a variety of sports and outdoor pursuits.
- Assessing student progress and collaborating with colleagues to support overall educational goals.
