AMA Group is currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis across the Perth area, including Perth CBD. As Australia’s largest network of accident repair facilities, comprising over 120 outlets and more than 2,200 employees across Australia and New Zealand, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, cost-effective repairs and exceptional customer service to our clients.
In this role, you will be an essential part of our workshop team, helping to restore vehicles to the highest standard of safety and quality. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and is dedicated to maintaining our strong reputation in the vehicle repair industry.
Key responsibilities for this full-time position typically include:
- Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using specialized tools and equipment
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most efficient and effective repair methods
- Aligning chassis and body frames to manufacturer specifications
- Preparing surfaces for painting and ensuring all finishes meet strict quality standards
- Working collaboratively with other workshop team members to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines
