Reflections Holidays is currently seeking a dedicated and community-focused Park Manager for a part-time opportunity at Burrinjuck Waters, located in the scenic East Bowral and Bowral area. Set against the shores of Lake Burrinjuck and surrounded by stunning bushland and rolling hills, this unique destination offers a lifestyle and work environment unlike anywhere else, where nature, water, and outdoor adventure are part of everyday life.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and high-quality experience. Because this is an onsite living opportunity, successful candidates will be comfortable embracing a quieter, more remote lifestyle away from the pace of traditional town and city living, with the nearest major service centre located about an hour’s drive away in Yass.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this position include:
- Managing daily park operations, guest check-ins, and customer service inquiries
- Overseeing general site maintenance, upkeep, and safety standards across the property
- Coordinating bookings, administration, and basic financial reporting
- Fostering a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for all visitors and campers
- Representing the Reflections Holidays brand with professionalism and a passion for the outdoors
