Optum is seeking a Primary Care Pathway Physician to join our team in Oregon. This Pathways Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals in their final training phase. Position highlights and primary responsibilities include:

Required qualifications for this position include:
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Current status as a PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Family or Internal Medicine Residency.
- A strong desire to practice outpatient care post-residency in Eugene or Canby, Oregon.

The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $75,000 per year, with final pay based on factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. Eligible employees may also receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions.
