As a certified Safelite Seasonal Repair Specialist, you will utilize state-of-the-art technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Participating in comprehensive classroom and hands-on training to learn vehicle glass repair techniques following the Safelite Way.
- Operating industry-leading tools and technology to efficiently and safely perform glass repairs.
- Interacting professionally with customers, explaining the repair process, and answering any questions regarding service.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily service goals and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
