The annual salary for this full-time position is $121,198.
As a Physical Therapist with our facility, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Evaluating and assessing patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Delivering high-quality, specialized physical therapy care to support patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educating patients and their families on exercises, home programs, and self-care techniques to promote long-term wellness
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and professional standards
