In this role, your specialized skills will be utilized to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Evaluating patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential through comprehensive assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific recovery goals.
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management techniques to restore strength and function.
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety practices, and post-discharge strategies for continued progress.
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and clinical progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Compensation for this full-time opportunity is established at $125,339 per year.
