In this role, your specialized skills as a Physical Therapist will be essential in delivering high-quality, individualized care. You will have the time and environment needed to deeply understand your patients’ unique needs, guide their rehabilitation journeys, and support them every step of the way toward regaining their independence.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Evaluating patients to assess their physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential
- Developing and implementing customized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals
- Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to improve mobility and strength
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
- Documenting patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility and professional standards

- Annual Salary: $126,515 per year
