Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health – Full Time

As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. Your primary goal is to assist individuals who are physically challenged to improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for daily living. You will administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and educate families and other members of the health care team. These essential services are performed in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Our clinicians also participate in specialized clinical offerings, which may include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement programs, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program.

To qualify for this full-time home health position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
