Physician – Endocrinology

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in San Antonio, Texas. In this full-time role, you will help address a high demand for specialized care in the community, providing crucial support to patients with endocrine disorders.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive endocrinology care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborating with primary care physicians and other specialists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Managing a diverse caseload of patients with conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and adrenal disorders.
• Conducting thorough evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment strategies.
• Staying updated on advancements and best practices in endocrinology through continued education.

Requirements include:

• A medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
• A valid Texas Medical License is required before the commencement of employment.
• Excellent clinical skills, a strong bedside manner, and a dedication to patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative, team-based environments.
