Christus Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven, faith-based organization. This is a unique full-time opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care, community well-being, and a healthy work-life balance supported by modern healthcare technology.

As part of our clinical team, you will work alongside experienced medical professionals and advanced practice clinicians in a supportive, patient-centered setting. Our practice utilizes innovative, AI-integrated support systems and the Epic EMR platform in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help streamline documentation and reduce administrative burnout. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which includes a dedicated half-day of administrative time, with an anticipated daily patient volume of 18 to 20 patients.

Key responsibilities and professional expectations for this role include:

Providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care outpatient services to patients of varying backgrounds and ages.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary care teams, including physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and administrative staff.
Maintaining accurate, timely, and efficient clinical documentation using integrated EMR and AI tools.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and community-focused wellness efforts aligned with our organizational mission.
