As a Family Medicine Physician, you will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families, providing treatment across all ages from children age 5 to senior adults. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of health concerns while coordinating patient care alongside specialty physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- See patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patient appointments and corporate physicals.
- Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, with on-call duties averaging about once per month on a weekday or weekend day, sharing weekend coverage with another physician.
- Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive medicine consultations.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency training program.
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
Compensation for this role generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, consisting of base pay and bonus opportunities based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, productivity, and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
