The Family Medicine Physician will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families. Trained to treat patients of all ages, from children age 5 to senior adults, family practitioners diagnose and treat a full range of health conditions. In this role, you will act as an essential part of a multispecialty team, coordinating care with specialty physicians and other members of the care team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- See patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patient visits and corporate physicals
- Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, with on-call duties occurring about once per month (weekday or weekend day) consisting of answering patient phone calls
- Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams
- Deliver comprehensive preventive medicine care
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD, DO)
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency training program
- Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English and Spanish fluency
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses, determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
