Physician Family Medicine- Kelsey-Seybold Clinic- Northwest Campus Bldg. A

Optum is seeking a dedicated Physician in Family Medicine to join our team at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Northwest Campus Bldg. A, located in Ahwatukee, AZ. In this ambulatory care role, you will play an essential part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care services within a collaborative clinical environment.

Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:

• Providing comprehensive, continuous primary medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Promoting preventive health care, wellness, and patient education.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary care teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications required for this position:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• MD or DO degree.
• Valid medical license and applicable certifications to practice medicine.
