As part of a nationally recognized health care organization delivering coordinated and accountable care, you will help drive higher quality, higher patient satisfaction, and lower total costs within a multi-specialty clinic environment.

In this role, you will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families, treating individuals from children age 5 to senior adults. You will diagnose and treat a full range of health concerns, coordinate care with specialty physicians, and serve as an essential part of our integrated multispecialty team.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Seeing patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patient visits and corporate physicals.
Participating in the Family Medicine Call single call group approximately once per month (weekday or shared weekend day), which consists of answering phone calls from patients within the call group.
Conducting annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive medicine consultations.

Required qualifications:

Medical Degree (MD or DO).
Completed accredited Family Medicine Residency training.
Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred qualifications:

Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, consisting of base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, productivity, and performance.
