Physician – Gynecologist-Surgeon

CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physician – Gynecologist-Surgeon with robotic surgical experience to join our Women’s Care Specialists Team in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico. You will work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions using modern technology, including Da Vinci Xi surgical robots and Epic EMR. Conditions treated include abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain, endometriosis, abnormal cervical cytology, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, menorrhagia, and menopause care. While obstetrical care is not required, interested candidates may optionally incorporate clinic-based obstetrical care or 24-hour OB laborist shifts into their schedule.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Provision of quality gynecological and surgical services utilizing robotics
• Participation in practice call and adherence to organizational clinical standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Robotic surgical skills and experience
• Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years of training
• NM licensure or ability to obtain

Compensation and benefits for this position feature a base salary of $384,000 with additional RVU-earning potential, a generous sign-on bonus, a $6,000 CME and licensure package annually, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage paid by the employer. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one, a 403(b) retirement plan with a 4.25% employer contribution, and eligibility for federal loan forgiveness through our non-profit status.
