SSM Health is seeking a dedicated Physician – MD/DO – Family Medicine to join our professional and cordial team of quality- and mission-driven physicians and advanced practitioners. This position is based at our Madison East clinic in Madison, Wisconsin, serving the Monona and Dane County area. We are looking for a qualified medical professional to provide comprehensive patient care within a collaborative, multi-specialty clinical environment.
This is a flexible, full-time opportunity offering between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE. Our multi-specialty clinic features a mix of primary and specialty patient care, supported by an on-site urgent care service, allowing you to work alongside a supportive network of healthcare professionals dedicated to serving the community.
Position details and compensation:
- Role: Physician – MD/DO – Family Medicine
- Location: Monona, Dane County (Madison East clinic)
- Compensation: $175,822 per year
- Schedule: Flexible, full-time (0.8 – 1.0 FTE)
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborating effectively with multi-specialty colleagues, advanced practitioners, and clinic support staff.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with SSM Health standards.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and supporting the mission and values of SSM Health.
