SSM Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician – MD/DO – Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team. In this outpatient adult psychiatry role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care services to patients, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult patients with various psychiatric conditions
- Developing and implementing personalized patient treatment plans
- Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications as appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards
- Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and support staff to ensure holistic patient care
Position highlights and schedule details:
- Compensation: $258,745 per year
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to standard closing
- Practice setting: Outpatient adult care
