The University of Arizona (UofA) Department of Urology and Banner University Medical Group are currently seeking a board-certified Urologist specializing in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery to join our innovative, patient-focused team in Vail, Pima County. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive within a comprehensive urology clinical and training program that features a high volume of minimally invasive surgical cases.
In this role, you will provide specialized care and manage a diverse caseload, supported by a favorable environment that allows you to grow your patient panel quickly. Key responsibilities and clinical focuses for this position include:
- Providing expert evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical or non-surgical treatment for patients requiring Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
- Performing high-volume minimally invasive surgical procedures, such as bladder defect repairs, pelvic floor repairs, and sling repairs.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary clinical colleagues within the UofA Department of Urology and Banner University Medical Group.
- Participating in the training and educational programs associated with our clinical practice.
- Maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical documentation.
