Ramsay Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Inpatient Team Lead to join the dynamic and friendly physiotherapy team at Springfield Hospital. Located in the Barnston and Dunmow area, Springfield Hospital is one of Essex’s leading private healthcare facilities, featuring 64 ensuite inpatient beds, a 14-bed day unit, and a high dependency unit.
This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive annual salary of £40,125. In this leadership role, you will help guide our professional team in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care to individuals recovering from various medical and surgical procedures within our private hospital environment.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the inpatient physiotherapy team to maintain high standards of clinical care.
- Assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive physiotherapy treatment programmes for inpatient clients.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary hospital teams, including consultants, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient pathways.
- Managing departmental resources efficiently and participating in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
