Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen WaltherPark, part of our exclusive Premium Collection, is currently seeking a dedicated Portiere / Door man / Valet (M/F/D) to join our team on a full-time basis in the vibrant center of Bolzano. Combining glamour and tradition in the heart of South Tyrol, our new urban hotel offers guests an elegant yet informal atmosphere, complete with breathtaking natural surroundings and stunning mountain views.
As a Portiere / Door man / Valet, you will serve as one of the primary welcoming faces of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional first and last impression. Your day-to-day responsibilities will naturally involve delivering attentive, high-standard hospitality services tailored to a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and providing a polished, professional greeting at the hotel entrance.
- Managing guest luggage efficiently from arrival through to room placement or departure.
- Handling vehicle valet services safely and professionally, ensuring guest cars are parked and retrieved promptly.
- Providing information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Bolzano and the surrounding region.
- Assisting guests with transportation requests, taxi bookings, and general concierge-style inquiries.
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming entrance and lobby area at all times.
